Cancelation Policy In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The system does allow cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel after the 24 hour period (closer to your appointment) then please call the clinic with your name and number and we will get back to you. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
