Parents must be present in treatment room for initial treatment and in the building for subsequent treatments. 24 hours notice must be given for all cancellations or you will be charged the full amount for the treatment you book. You must call, text, or email the clinics otherwise it is considered a “no show appointment”. Alternatively, see your personal account with Mecca and proceed with cancellations. You will not be permitted by the system to cancel if it is attempted outside of the 24 hours prior to treatment. For same day cancellations there is a none negotiable 50% charge for the missed appointment. Cancellations for Illness: are subject to the protocols listed above. • Direct Billing Protocol - Exclusive to Mackenzie Harty• Full payment of the treatment is made using the credit card on your client file. Mackenzie will then submit the receipt on the your behalf and the insurance company will reimburse you to your bank account. The amount covered under your plan should arrive in your bank account within 3-5 business days. Reimbursement times vary depending on the insurance company. •Eligible Insurance Companies for Submission by this Practitioner on the Client’s Behalf• Note: if your insurance company is not listed below, submissions for reimbursement will have to be done by the client.
